Possibly 1996 Model
Meaning: HD7: High Density 7
Bias: High (Type II)
Description/History:
The Denon HD7 is the mid-range in the High Bias HD series. More expensive than the HD6, yet less than HD8. The quality almost rivals that of the HD8. HD7's didn't sell well in the audio market, but when it was available, people would snach it up.
CD reproduction is flawless in this underrated cassette, and tape-to-tape recording is no less than excellent, but use Dolby C and raise the levels when recording.
